Soundscapes contain a great diversity of sounds – some near, others far. The size and shape of the places we are in will change what we hear.
In this project you will:
- Explore the makeup of soundscapes.
- Begin to understand how spaces affect sounds.
- Develop skills in sound transformation so as to create soundscape pieces that make use of space.
- By the end of this project, you will be able to use panning and reverberation to create a sense of space, and use these to develop a sonic journey.
